User Tip: If you’re booking both accommodation and flights for a holiday, be sure to check availability/prices on each of them before making your booking. The How to Use section of the website offers more help with this.

NO COMPUTER?

Either call our reservations staff on 0034 928 795632 or send us an Enquiry Form, detailing all your holiday requirements. Enquiry Forms can be found in your pack and may be photocopied then faxed or posted to us. Details of where to send it are on the form.

TO HOLIDAY VOUCHERS

Your membership provides you with a number of TO Holiday Vouchers to be redeemed whenever you book Accommodation, inc Cottages and Villas, Flights, Cruises and Hot Deals via TO Holiday.

Redeeming the Vouchers

At the stage when you pay for a booking, be it online or via our Reservations Centre, you need to submit a TO Holiday Voucher. Guidance will be given at the relevant stage of the booking.

Friends and Family using your vouchers

Your friends and family can benefit from any of the discounted TO products provided you make their bookings via your membership and redeem a voucher as mentioned above.

We do, however, strongly recommend that your website access details are kept private and confidential at all times.

These are standard Booking Conditions and apply to all reservations made via your TO Holiday membership. They should be read and understood before making any reservation.
